Justin H. Lee is an associate in the Advertising, Marketing & Promotions Practice Group of Davis & Gilbert. Mr. Lee represents advertising agencies, media companies, public relations agencies, and advertisers in connection with many areas of advertising, entertainment, marketing and promotions law. His practice includes reviewing advertising collateral, drafting a variety of agreements and licenses, and advising on the use of social media in advertising. He has a particular focus on counseling clients on technology, intellectual property, Internet, data security, and privacy issues.

Prior to joining Davis & Gilbert, Mr. Lee was in-house counsel at Energizer Holdings Inc., where he provided the personal care division with day-to-day counseling in connection with intellectual property and advertising as well as licensing, brand protection, and domain name issues. While in law school, Mr. Lee completed internships at Burberry, MTV Networks, and IAC.
